• Special Procedure for The Manufacture
  

1. Cutting : flat steel is cut into the right shape using a truncating machine. The shape is designed in such a way that it leaves no waste material, which maximizes the utilization of quality material required to make quality products.
2. Forging : the cut is heated and placed in a drop forging tool, where it is shaped by the forging machine into desired product: a pair of jaws. After the forging, the jaws are still covered by excess spare material. In the forging process, the material is heated and shaped to ensure that the lines of force in the material are directed in a way that gives the forged product the best possible strength properties for difficult, dynamic loads.
3. Trimming : removing the excess material from the forging parts of the products is done using a dedicated tool, which cuts out the appropriate shapes. Some products are heated before trimming in order to reduce the mechanical deformation on the cut part, thus providing a quality base for further mechanical processing.
4. Joint processing : using a dedicated CNC machine, we drill the bore hole that will serve as the pivot point and mill the joint where the sliding surfaces are located, ensuring the precise and long-lasting movement of the pliers.
5. Broaching : using a dedicated cutting tool with linear movement, the complex surfaces of the pliers are shaped. This step includes the shaping of the outside radius of the joint and the teeth on the jaws that allow for the gripping of different shapes.
6. Milling the cutting edges : the cutting edges are made using a dedicated CNC machine. The cutting edges must be made with the highest precision in order to fit together perfectly when the jaws are assembled.
7. Riveting : the pliers are assembled and riveted together with a rivet. At this stage, it is important to ensure that the joint is firm enough while still allowing the jaws to move freely but with no slack.
8. Wet grinding : at this stage, the surfaces of the pliers are evened to remove any differences in height that might appear as a consequence of the thickness tolerance margins, when making the forging parts or during the mechanical treatment process, including riveting.
9. Shaping : using a tape grinding machine, the remaining untreated surfaces are ground to create better quality surfaces than can be achieved in the forging process. The pliers now have their final shape, but the roughness of individual surfaces still needs to be adjusted.
